Requirements
- •Degree in Ceramics, Material Science, or comparable
- •Experience in industrial manufacturing operations
- •Leadership experience in production or manufacturing
- •Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and improvement methods
- •Understanding of production processes and quality systems
- •Hands-on and structured management approach
- •Analytical, systematic, and decisive personality
- •Excellent communication skills across hierarchical levels
- •Fluency in German and English

Bachelor's degree
Work Experience
approx. 4 - 6 years
Tasks
- •Own MOV production performance across safety, quality, and cost
- •Lead and develop shift leaders and production teams
- •Maintain high visibility through a strong on-floor presence
- •Enforce HSE and quality compliance standards
- •Resolve major operational, quality, and safety escalations
- •Drive structured problem-solving and root-cause analysis
- •Ensure smooth production flow and material availability
- •Coordinate effective shift handovers
- •Collaborate with maintenance and engineering for equipment stability
- •Lead Lean and continuous improvement initiatives
- •Utilize KPIs and data to identify performance losses
- •Support digitalization initiatives in SAP and MES
