- •At least 2 years of experience as Operations Manager, Technical Account Manager, or similar role
- •Familiarity with XML and CSV
- •Eagerness to solve complex data integration problems
- •High level of autonomy when learning new tools
- •Advantageous experience with Salesforce Service Cloud or similar ticketing systems
- •Motivated, organized, and detail-oriented team player
- •Empathy towards customers
- •Fluent English skills
- •Optional German skills
- •Comfort with face-to-face customer interactions and workshops
- •Ability to build strong personal relationships with stakeholders
- •Willingness to travel for on-site workshops

- •Act as the primary contact for enterprise customers and sales channels
- •Research and resolve technical issues independently
- •Escalate complex problems to 2nd Level Support
- •Drive incident resolution and identify root causes
- •Manage customer communication via ticketing systems and meetings
- •Collaborate with Product Management on software optimizations
- •Monitor customer integration processes using internal tools
- •Lead regular meetings to discuss operational solutions
- •Build strong stakeholder relationships through on-site workshops
- •Engage actively with cross-functional team members
