Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience as Operations Manager, Technical Account Manager, or similar role
  • Familiarity with XML and CSV
  • Eagerness to solve complex data integration problems
  • High level of autonomy when learning new tools
  • Advantageous experience with Salesforce Service Cloud or similar ticketing systems
  • Motivated, organized, and detail-oriented team player
  • Empathy towards customers
  • Fluent English skills
  • Optional German skills
  • Comfort with face-to-face customer interactions and workshops
  • Ability to build strong personal relationships with stakeholders
  • Willingness to travel for on-site workshops

  • Act as the primary contact for enterprise customers and sales channels
  • Research and resolve technical issues independently
  • Escalate complex problems to 2nd Level Support
  • Drive incident resolution and identify root causes
  • Manage customer communication via ticketing systems and meetings
  • Collaborate with Product Management on software optimizations
  • Monitor customer integration processes using internal tools
  • Lead regular meetings to discuss operational solutions
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships through on-site workshops
  • Engage actively with cross-functional team members
