Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
• Advanced degree (MBA or Master’s) preferred
• 7-10 years of progressive operations experience
• Experience implementing change in matrixed environments
• Demonstrated strategic leadership and project execution
• Expertise in large-scale project management
• Ability to influence senior-level stakeholders
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of change management methodologies
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to travel up to 25%

Tasks

• Achieve 5% year-over-year manufacturing efficiency targets
• Deliver 6.5% annual material cost reductions
• Optimize demand and supply planning for SCM
• Translate strategic goals into actionable project plans
• Define project milestones and deliverables
• Lead organizational development and change initiatives
• Build operational capabilities and optimize processes
• Manage transformational projects for 12,000 employees
• Enhance workforce capabilities and organizational resilience
• Develop and implement change management strategies
• Foster an innovative and collaborative working culture
• Collaborate with senior management to facilitate decision-making
• Ensure stakeholder engagement throughout project lifecycles
• Represent Operations Excellence in executive discussions
• Communicate project progress and strategic alignment to leadership
• Act as a change ambassador for strategic visions
• Establish and maintain high-performance benchmarks
• Identify improvement areas using data and insights
• Develop and deploy performance metrics
• Provide regular progress updates to executive leadership
