Requirements

- Hands-on experience delivering OT/SCADA/telemetry commissioning, upgrades, or rollouts
- Strong understanding of O&M, ideally from multiple operational or technical roles
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Tasks
- Build and lead global Data Analysis & Technical Support function
- Design and procure end-to-end ICT architecture
- Roll out secure, scalable data acquisition and management platforms
- Set up and operate global control room capabilities
- Act as Product Owner for Data-Driven O&M solutions
- Set vision and prioritize backlog for DDOM solutions
- Align stakeholders to deliver high-value digital capabilities
- Define and standardize data standards across all sites
- Ensure consistent reporting and reliable analytics
- Own and evolve WTG performance analytics
- Monitor condition, alarms, availability, losses, and fleet-wide performance
- Translate data insights into actionable improvements
- Work with OEMs, site teams, and engineering to resolve root causes
- Track and report on performance improvements
- Strengthen O&M governance and feed lessons into future projects
