- •Resolve partner support requests and system discrepancies
- •Document and analyze workflows to improve standardization
- •Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements
- •Automate repetitive tasks using Excel, SQL, or Python
- •Build dashboards and develop data-driven operational processes
