Requirements

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Several years (> 7 y) experience in Controlling/Finance, including proven Plant Controller experience in industry
  • Solid track record of controlling instruments
  • Strong knowledge of Accounting principles and IFRS standards
  • Demonstrated solid leadership skills and experience
  • Willingness and ability to integrate into team and high resilience
  • Proficient in SAP (FI, CO) modules
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to synthesize data, and work under tight deadlines
  • First experience as an Internal Auditor
  • Fluent in German and English

Tasks

  • Lead monthly closing process with accounting department
  • Prepare Flash, Budget, and StratPlan for production plants
  • Analyze plant situations to identify improvement areas
  • Drive implementation of target settings at plants
  • Identify cost and efficiency improvement potential
  • Align outcomes for all plants with benchmarks from other countries
  • Automatize KPIs and embed controlling instruments in IT systems
  • Serve as SAP key user for Controlling
  • Collaborate with other Business Group Controllers on system improvements
  • Collaborate on reporting and division/group requirements
  • Improve controlling activities and internal controls
