Tasks
- Drive development of online eye measurement solutions
- Manage complex technical programs from request to delivery
- Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans
- Coordinate with engineering and manufacturing teams
- Manage global production improvement activities
- Optimize processes, conduct failure analysis, and implement lean management
- Report to stakeholders and executive management
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities
- Analyze and articulate complex technical and operational issues
- Train peers and share learnings
- Support adoption of digital and data-driven tools
