Tasks

  • Own and improve paid acquisition performance
  • Deploy budget effectively across markets
  • Translate business priorities into channel strategies
  • Develop actionable plans for short-term and long-term growth
  • Partner with Sales and Revenue Operations to enhance lead quality
  • Improve lead qualification and feedback loops
  • Convert insights into concrete optimizations
  • Strengthen measurement and attribution
  • Align platform signals with internal performance data
  • Identify and address data gaps
  • Drive fixes with relevant stakeholders
  • Lead structured experimentation program
  • Test audiences, messaging, targeting, formats, and landing experiences
  • Document and report on experimentation results
  • Coordinate cross-functional delivery with internal teams
