- Comfortable working with agency and/or partner ecosystems

- Experience operating across multiple markets
- Adapt performance approaches to local context
- Exposure to additional acquisition channels
- Curiosity to test new opportunities pragmatically
- Familiarity with modern experimentation workflows
- Familiarity with creative testing workflows
- Briefing and iterating with creative teams
- Comfort using automation/AI for streamlining
- Comfort using lightweight tooling for streamlining
- Streamline reporting, documentation, and insight generation

Tasks
- Own and improve paid acquisition performance
- Deploy budget effectively across markets
- Translate business priorities into channel strategies
- Develop actionable plans for short-term and long-term growth
- Partner with Sales and Revenue Operations to enhance lead quality
- Improve lead qualification and feedback loops
- Convert insights into concrete optimizations
- Strengthen measurement and attribution
- Align platform signals with internal performance data
- Identify and address data gaps
- Drive fixes with relevant stakeholders
- Lead structured experimentation program
- Test audiences, messaging, targeting, formats, and landing experiences
- Document and report on experimentation results
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery with internal teams
- Collaborate with external partners
- Ensure on-time, high-quality execution
- Create clear documentation for decision-making
- Scale best practices across markets and teams
