Description

In this internship, you will dive into the world of corporate finance by assisting with client materials and conducting in-depth market and company analyses. You will also gain hands-on experience in financial modeling and valuation while supporting live transactions in the technology sector.

Requirements

• •Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
• •In penultimate or final year of bachelor’s or master’s degree
• •Outstanding academic record with preference for degree in accounting, economics, or finance
• •Previous internship experience in M&A advisory or related fields
• •Understanding of valuation theory, methodologies, and applications
• •Strong quantitative, financial, and analytical skills
• •Ability to work well under pressure with attention to detail
• •Good proficiency with MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
• •Previous experience in or interest in Technology
• •International experience desirable but not essential
• •Motivation and ability to work cooperatively with all levels of staff
