- •Support carrier relations for ocean services
- •Drive new business by providing optimal procurement results
- •Support internal teams with strategic pricing and procurement solutions
- •Negotiate and manage trades with the Trade Manager
- •Conduct quarterly business review meetings with carriers
- •Manage allocations and lead cost reduction initiatives
- •Support national and global RFQs and collaborate with Tender Management
- •Provide selling rate guidance and benchmarks
- •Review opportunity pipelines and bundle accounts
- •Negotiate NACs and increase FAK volumes with countries
- •Ensure rate transparency and optimize costs
- •Monitor carrier service levels and trade KPIs
- •Manage equipment flows effectively
- •Negotiate vendor terms including space and free time
- •Identify match back opportunities
- •Manage special projects and support commercial channels
- •Provide continuous guidance to customer service teams
- •Drive corporate compliance initiatives and ensure adherence to policies
