Requirements

  • Business-related educational background (finance, economics, or similar)
  • Openness to ongoing learning and certifications
  • Hands-on experience in Manufacturing Controlling (Production, Supply Chain, Procurement)
  • Good knowledge of planning, forecasting, and reporting cycles
  • Confidence with SAP (FI/CO, BW) or similar ERP systems
  • Ease with Excel or Power BI
  • Experience with ETL-Tools like Alteryx, Power Query (plus)
  • Ability to break down complex topics into clear insights
  • Strong communication skills
  • Collaborative and inclusive approach
  • Curiosity and motivation for continuous process improvement
  • Ability to introduce new ideas
  • Contribution to modern Controlling setup

Tasks

  • Lead and coordinate accurate, timely financial planning
  • Oversee timely financial forecasting and reporting
  • Drive efficient, standardized controlling processes
  • Ensure compliance with internal guidelines and audit standards
  • Provide clear, decision-ready financial insights to partners
  • Support strategic and operational business decisions
  • Shape and implement continuous improvement initiatives
  • Identify opportunities to simplify processes
  • Modernize and scale financial processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Foster transparency and alignment in controlling topics
  • Support the adoption of digital finance tools
  • Promote automation for data-driven work
