Requirements
- •Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Process Technology, or comparable field
- •At least 2 years of experience in developing liquid manufacturing processes
- •Solid understanding of business administration
- •Proven project management capabilities
- •Hands-on experience with lab-scale setups, scale-up processes, trials, and validation runs
- •Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills in German and English
- •Flexibility and pragmatism in managing diverse tasks independently
- •Proficiency in MS Office; experience with SAP and TrackWise is a plus
- •Familiarity with GMP and QMS; experience in pharmaceutical, food, cosmetics, or medical device industries is advantageous
- •Curiosity, eagerness to learn, and commitment to continuous improvement
- •Team player thriving in cross-functional collaboration
