In this role, you will be the key liaison between departments, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve managing schedules, identifying risks, and driving decision-making to optimize production processes.

Requirements

• •At least 2 years of development experience in automotive battery cell manufacturing
• •Master’s degree in chemistry, material, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, or related field
• •Possession of a disability certificate of 33% or more is valued

Tasks

• •Serve as the main point of contact between departments
• •Create and define necessary schedules
• •Organize and manage task-force collaboration
• •Ensure intermediate products meet specifications
• •Identify potential risks and trade-offs in development
• •Drive timely decision-making with key stakeholders
• •Conduct Failure Modes, Effects, and Criticality Analysis
• •Assist in Failure Modes and Effects Analysis
• •Prepare detailed analyses of process gaps
• •Coordinate Design of Experiments and material sampling
• •Steer the release process for materials and components
• •Organize troubleshooting activities for material changes
• •Support the manufacturing facility to achieve yield rates
• •Supervise tasks and analyze results for improvements
• •Make decisions regarding production deviations
• •Advocate conclusions and coordinate defined solutions
