- Proficiency in Python, C, and C++ programming
- Experience with modern Neuromorphic (e.g., Lava, sPyNNaker, snntorch, norse, spyx or PyNN)
- Familiarity with SNN training techniques (e.g., surrogate gradients, STDP)
- Experience developing/optimizing ML models, Neuromorphic models, or applications in DSPs, GPUs (CUDA-based), HPC clusters, or low-level compilers
- Solid knowledge of virtualization and containerization (Docker)
- High flexibility and adaptability in AI field
- Dr.-Ing. or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, Mathematical sciences, or related computationally intensive field
- Hands-on experience with neuromorphic hardware (e.g., SpiNNaker, Intel Loihi, IBM TrueNorth)
- Participation in neuromorphic computing or ML research papers
- Experience deploying ML or Neuromorphic models at large scale
- Familiarity with combinatorial optimization algorithms
- Strong mathematical background
- Active contributor on Github or other software development hosting service
