  • Provide first-level maintenance support
  • Set up network devices
  • Configure VPN and user access
  • Debug network issues
  • Create and update tickets
  • Review as-built documentation
  • Maintain Service Management tool
  • Prepare technical reports
  • Prepare financial reports
  • Schedule project tasks

Education

  • Currently in higher education
