- Dealing with Ambiguity – B2 or above level of German language skills
- Strong communication skills
- Technical competencies around Data Routing & Switching
- Tooling in an enterprise network
Tasks
- Troubleshoot WAN and LAN issues
- Manage network security and cloud internet security tools
- Restore services and improve sustainability proactively
- Lead Major Incident conference calls and identify resources
- Provide Root Cause Analysis for production outages
- Manage patch updates
- Evaluate Managed Service Provider technical resources
- Track availability and eliminate repeat incidents
