- Establish global resource allocation and structures
- Oversee supply chain governance for direct materials
- Optimize financial performance for DM inventory
- Design global inventory policies and strategies
- Partner with Global Procurement and Quality
- Resolve severe supply shortages and optimize tradeoffs
- Coach and develop a high-performing matrix team
