Requirements

  • •Active-Duty Military ONLY within final 180 days
  • •Education and Experience dependent on Program
  • •Bachelor's in CS, IT, engineering, or related + 2 yrs
  • •2+ yrs designing, building, supporting LAN/MAN/WAN
  • •Proficient in network hardware/software evaluation
  • •Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • •Strong analytical research and problem-solving
  • •Active DoD Top Secret/SCI (TS/SCI) clearance

Education

Bachelor's degree
OR
High school diploma

Work Experience

2 years

Tasks

  • •Design network system schematics for capacity and security.
  • •Conduct network testing and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
  • •Support hardware and software selection for mission needs.
  • •Integrate and test large-scale computer networks.
  • •Evaluate emerging network technologies for enhancements.
  • •Configure and manage routers, switches, and firewalls.
  • •Support cloud network integrations with AWS and Azure.
  • •Communicate design proposals and findings to stakeholders.
  • •Build relationships within the Warfare Systems team.
  • •Complete and present a capstone network architecture project.
  • •Apply skills independently in various tasks.
  • •Complete additional IT certifications for the role.
