- Deliver receivables performance with Commercial and market teams
- Leverage cash-acceleration levers (e.g., factoring)
- Improve inventory health by aligning policies
- Collaborate with Supply Chain for manufacturing and market demand
- Facilitate cross-team collaboration on shared KPIs
- Support local delivery with committed actions
- Partner with market Finance on NWC & FCF planning
- Drive standards and rigor in forecasting
- Implement Global standards and procedures
- Run regional operating rhythm
- Drive accountability to targets
- Capture opportunities and mitigate risks proactively
