Monitoring and supporting inpatient care for U.S. Military personnel overseas. Registered Nurse with 3 years' bedside experience required. Predictable scheduling, high professional autonomy.

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse with 3 years' bedside experience
  • Active registration to practice in Germany
  • Fluent German (minimum B2)
  • Fluent English (minimum B2)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Structured, accountable, and independent work
  • Confident with digital systems and documentation
  • Valid driver's licence
  • Willingness to travel

Tasks

  • Monitor and support inpatient care
  • Ensure clinical quality and patient safety
  • Produce structured medical reports in English
  • Liaise with physicians and nursing teams
  • Provide clinical updates to international stakeholders
  • Coordinate safe discharge and continuity of care
  • Support patients in understanding diagnosis and treatment
  • Act as intermediary between patients and healthcare providers
  • Help patients navigate German healthcare system
  • Provide bilingual support in German and English
  • Build professional relationships with providers
  • Support provider reviews and quality assessments
  • Maintain high clinical standards
