  • Proficiency in English

  • Interest in neuroscience, stem cell biology, and neurodegeneration
  • Good experience in tissue culture
  • Desirable experience in hiPSC culture, differentiation, and brain organoids
  • Desirable experience with immunohistochemistry, microscopy, and image analysis
  • Desirable experience analyzing neuronal differentiation and cell death

Tasks

  • Culture and maintain patient-derived iPSCs
  • Manage control-derived iPSCs and brain organoids
  • Phenotype structural and functional neural deficits
  • Perform immunohistochemical analyses
  • Conduct RNA imaging using FISH and RNAscope
  • Execute electron microscopy on brain organoids
  • Analyze human post-mortem tissue
