- Broad knowledge and great passion for supplements, nutrients, and plant substances
- Structured and able to supervise multiple ongoing projects
- At least B2 level in German and English
- 2 to 5 years of experience
Tasks
- Collaborate on concept development and formulation of new products
- Initiate and maintain partnerships with doctors and naturopaths
- Adapt formulations to meet specific needs while ensuring compliance
- Oversee the product development process with project coordinators
- Serve as a point of contact within the organization
- Conduct training for colleagues
- Support the Customer Service team with expertise
- Work closely with the Product Development Specialist and other teams
- Collaborate directly with the founder
