  • Willingness to work on multiple tasks/content switching

Tasks

  • Support customers 24/7 via phone and written inquiries
  • Handle inquiries about charging stations and mobile app
  • Work closely with customer care team and stakeholders
  • Identify and propose process improvements
  • Inspire customers and colleagues with friendly service
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and feedback integration
  • Manage and optimize internal support processes
