- Blutbildmessungen durchführen
- Ausstriche und Quetschpräparate herstellen
- Peripheres Blut, Knochenmark und anderes flüssiges Probenmaterial für die FACS-Analyse aufbereiten
- Proben am Durchflusszytometer messen
- Analysen auswerten
