- •Monitor and resolve technical incidents proactively
- •Provide second-line support for medium-complexity requests
- •Restore services swiftly according to SLAs
- •Review and update client tickets with actions taken
- •Identify and analyze issues before they escalate
- •Communicate risks and mitigation plans for changes
- •Highlight critical tasks during shift handovers
- •Escalate tickets to Centers of Excellence when necessary
- •Collaborate with automation teams to optimize routines
- •Coach Service Desk and L1 teams
- •Establish monitoring for client infrastructure
- •Manage initial client escalations for operational issues
- •Execute approved maintenance and change requests
- •Audit incident and request tickets for quality
- •Generate trend analysis reports for automation opportunities
- •Support disaster recovery functions as needed
- •Contribute to specialized project work
