- Identify and analyze issues before they escalate
- Communicate risks and mitigation plans for changes
- Highlight critical tasks during shift handovers
- Escalate tickets to Centers of Excellence when necessary
- Collaborate with automation teams to optimize routines
- Coach Service Desk and L1 teams
- Establish monitoring for client infrastructure
- Manage initial client escalations for operational issues
- Execute approved maintenance and change requests
- Audit incident and request tickets for quality
- Generate trend analysis reports for automation opportunities
- Support disaster recovery functions as needed
- Contribute to specialized project work
