Requirements

  • •Degree in Motion Graphics, Design, 3D Animation, or related field
  • •3–5 years of motion design experience
  • •Strong portfolio showcasing 2D and/or 3D motion work
  • •Solid experience creating functional motion assets
  • •Ability to translate design concepts into motion storytelling
  • •Good asset management and organizational habits
  • •Strong collaboration skills
  • •Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
  • •Experience with Figma
  • •Experience with Cinema 4D, Redshift, or other 3D tools
  • •Ability to create storyboards, graphic layouts, and animatics
  • •Ability to work at speed without compromising quality
  • •Showreel demonstrating motion capabilities
  • •Fluency in English
  • •Proactive and supportive attitude
  • •Curiosity and eagerness to learn

  • •Comfortable giving and receiving constructive feedback
