In this role, you will troubleshoot machines, ensure safety compliance, and maintain production quality. Daily responsibilities include recording data, conducting audits, and communicating effectively with the team to keep operations running smoothly.

Requirements

• •High school diploma or equivalent
• •0-4 years of experience in manufacturing environment
• •Fluency in local language and basic English
• •Basic math skills and good use of logic
• •Ability to work and think independently
• •Prior experience working on a machine
• •Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical condition
• •Motivation and punctuality for scheduled shifts
• •High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• •Learning agility and ability to pick up new tasks quickly

Tasks

• •Perform preliminary machine troubleshooting
• •Ensure adherence to safety measures for machines
• •Record production data
• •Complete quality audits and related paperwork
• •Communicate production and mechanical issues to shift lead or supervisor
