- Discuss new technologies with clients, even with incomplete information
- Assist in pre-sales with demos and solution proposals
- Share knowledge in community meetups, events, and internal formats
- Deliver M365 training sessions (optional)
- Take ownership of complex customer systems
- Provide proactive and reactive consulting
- Tackle technical challenges and deliver smart solutions
