- Solid React and Next.js experience

- Comfort with modern deployment workflows and cloud infrastructure (ideally AWS)
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and code-reading skills

- Ability to work well independently in remote-first environment
- Willingness to come to office for team events
- Openness to feedback, learning, and continuous improvement
- Fluent German and English
- Experience with native iOS or Android development
- Experience mentoring other developers
- Experience in small teams with high ownership
Tasks
- Build digital learning products for riders
- Strengthen product engineering team with React Native expertise
- Develop and maintain React Native mobile app
- Collaborate with frontend, backend engineers, product owners, and designers
- Create mobile-first features for tracking and training progress
- Implement AI features in mobile app
- Translate product and design direction into reliable mobile UX
- Maintain and enhance Next.js web frontend
- Improve existing codebase with care and judgment
- Utilize AI coding tools throughout development lifecycle
- Make pragmatic technical decisions on architecture and performance
- Review and enhance frontend and mobile engineering practices
