Requirements

  • Commercial apprenticeship (e.g., HAK, Has, apprenticeship, etc.)
  • Several years of accounting experience, ideally in accounts receivable or operational accounting
  • Experience with ERP systems or accounting software and proficient MS Excel use
  • Strong sense of responsibility and numerical accuracy
  • Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented work approach
  • Teamwork skills
  • Good MS Office skills, especially MS Excel
  • Good written and spoken German and English skills

Tasks

  • Manage Austrian and/or Swiss debtor accounting
  • Record payment receipts
  • Handle invoicing, including rebill and correction invoices
  • Conduct payment runs
  • Perform various ongoing accounting tasks
  • Support the team with contract management and billing-related issues
  • Conduct regular account reconciliations
  • Ensure accurate data foundation
  • Participate in monthly and annual financial closings
  • Contribute your expertise during closings
  • Assist with reporting requests and clarifications
  • Support current projects
  • Contribute to smooth financial processes
