Requirements

  • 3-7 years building robust, scalable, performant web applications with React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript
  • Good understanding of HTTP and web requests
  • Deep understanding of React, state management patterns, and frontend architecture
  • Hands-on experience with technical integration of advertising platforms
  • Experience with Server-Side Rendering, modern build tooling, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Proven ability to collaborate with UX/UI designers, backend engineers, and product managers
  • Strong ownership mindset
  • Excellent English skills
  • German language skills (plus)

Tasks

  • Own frontend architecture and technical direction
  • Ensure scalability, performance, reliability, and maintainability
  • Participate in React-based frontend evolution
  • Manage state, SSR in Node.js, and build tooling
  • Maintain clean code, testing, performance, accessibility, and security
  • Contribute to technical decision-making
  • Align with backend, platform, and product architecture
  • Collaborate on team planning, prioritization, predictability, and quality
  • Commit to user value deliveries each sprint
  • Translate business and user needs into technical roadmaps
  • Balance technical debt, platform evolution, and feature delivery
