Requirements

• •Graduate or equivalent
• •3+ years of experience in Client Management
• •Category-specific experience a major advantage
• •Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• •C2 level of German language proficiency

Tasks

• •Provide primary support for Senior Client Managers.
• •Serve as point person for daily tasks and projects.
• •Maintain clear communication with clients and internal teams.
• •Collaborate with Strategy, Creative, and Finance teams.
• •Ensure timely, on-brief, and on-budget project delivery.
• •Review weekly timesheets and financial reports for budget compliance.
• •Prepare monthly project billing with Client Directors and Finance.
• •Create and manage project budgets and cost estimates.
• •Write timing plans and concise contact reports.
• •Proofread work before submission to clients.
• •Organize project documents for team access on the server.
