Requirements
- 3+ years data analytics and data modeling experience
- Strong experience building advanced reports and dashboards using Google Sheets or similar
- Experience developing scalable, user-friendly dashboards with best practices, preferably Tableau or similar
- Ability to translate finance/business requirements into KPIs, data models, and insights
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Clear communication and effective collaboration with GTM and leadership
- Solid technical foundation combined with business acumen in finance
- Solid technical foundation combined with business acumen in stakeholder management
- Solid technical foundation combined with business acumen in data visualization
Tasks
- Build and maintain data models for financial performance
- Track key KPIs across customer lifecycle
- Create intuitive dashboards for self-service analytics
- Translate data into clear business insights
- Support decision-making with quantitative analysis
- Contribute to data-driven OKRs
- Ensure reliable data collection and structure
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for data accessibility
