Requirements
- •Ability to collect, organize, and analyze large amounts of data
- •Strong understanding of business principles and internal C&A structures
- •Ability to effectively communicate and present findings
- •Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams
- •Ability to quickly adapt to ad-hoc requirements and changes
- •Detail-orientation and ability to analyze and interpret data
- •Good self-organizing and work structuring skills
- •Knowledge of working with SAP and Mainframe 3270
- •Advanced Lotus Notes skills
- •Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Power Point, Approach Databank)
Tasks
- •Set up products in the PLM system with necessary information for tech pack creation
- •Participate in E2E range meetings with Merchandising, Design, and Development teams
- •Share strategies, tactics, ideas, and best practices with other coordinators
- •Support product group alignment by collaborating with other coordinators
- •Assist Merchandising Leads in preparing for product-related meetings
- •Organize collection building areas with samples
- •Document outcomes and minutes from Range Review and Range Signoff meetings
- •Update Range Overviews with sketches and colors by store level
- •Maintain Collection Overviews for briefings to VIM teams
- •Communicate updates on sales, business results, space, location, competition, and special initiatives
- •Support presentations and capture competition samples, pictures, and analysis
