- Very good French and English skills
- Good German knowledge is a plus
- High-level scientific knowledge and data analysis
- Experience in liaising with healthcare professionals
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Driving license and willingness to drive
Tasks
- Serve as a medical-scientific expert within cross-functional brand teams
- Develop and implement medical product strategies based on field insights
- Build peer-level relationships with external experts through frequent field engagement
- Represent the company's scientific dedication to the medical community
- Develop field engagement and cross-functional account management plans
- Collaborate with regulatory and marketing teams throughout the product lifecycle
- Support local and global clinical research and externally sponsored projects
- Create real-world evidence data generation projects with brand teams
- Provide scientific input for sales promotions and marketing materials
- Deliver medical-scientific training for the sales force and internal staff
- Organize and execute scientific symposia and educational initiatives
- Coordinate and participate in regional advisory board meetings
- Maintain therapeutic expertise through congresses and continuous education
- Assist the medical governance team with scientific requests
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies
