Requirements

  • RCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon or RVN
  • Project management training or certification
  • 3-5 years clinical practice experience
  • Team leadership experience
  • Project management training or experience in clinical/medical/healthcare environment
  • Experience delivering complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Confident working independently
  • Effective collaboration in a matrix organisation
  • Experience supporting behaviour change
  • Experience supporting operational implementation
  • Fluent in German
  • Fluent in English

Tasks

  • Lead planning and delivery of cross-functional medical projects
  • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resourcing
  • Translate strategic medical priorities into executable plans
  • Ensure milestones align with clinical best practice and commercial goals
  • Collaborate with Medical and Operations stakeholders to integrate delivery
  • Partner with OU Medical Director and AMP team for programme execution
  • Engage and coordinate clinical experts and operational leaders
  • Facilitate collaboration between central and local stakeholders
  • Provide hands-on support to AMP team in UK & Ireland
  • Develop and quality-check medical content and tools
  • Ensure content is evidence-based and clinically robust
  • Translate medical knowledge into actionable guidance
  • Define success metrics for clinical, operational, and commercial impact
  • Track progress against targets and report on impact
  • Refine delivery approaches using data and feedback
  • Monitor performance against project goals and quality standards
  • Provide regular updates to Medical Director and governance forums
  • Escalate risks and capacity constraints proactively
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of project implementation frameworks

Education

  • Bachelor's degree
