Requirements
- RCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon or RVN
- Project management training or certification
- 3-5 years clinical practice experience
- Team leadership experience
- Project management training or experience in clinical/medical/healthcare environment
- Experience delivering complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Confident working independently
- Effective collaboration in a matrix organisation
- Experience supporting behaviour change
- Experience supporting operational implementation
- Fluent in German
- Fluent in English
Tasks
- Lead planning and delivery of cross-functional medical projects
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resourcing
- Translate strategic medical priorities into executable plans
- Ensure milestones align with clinical best practice and commercial goals
- Collaborate with Medical and Operations stakeholders to integrate delivery
- Partner with OU Medical Director and AMP team for programme execution
- Engage and coordinate clinical experts and operational leaders
- Facilitate collaboration between central and local stakeholders
- Provide hands-on support to AMP team in UK & Ireland
- Develop and quality-check medical content and tools
- Ensure content is evidence-based and clinically robust
- Translate medical knowledge into actionable guidance
- Define success metrics for clinical, operational, and commercial impact
- Track progress against targets and report on impact
- Refine delivery approaches using data and feedback
- Monitor performance against project goals and quality standards
- Provide regular updates to Medical Director and governance forums
- Escalate risks and capacity constraints proactively
- Contribute to continuous improvement of project implementation frameworks
