Requirements
- Medical doctor or PhD in natural sciences
- Experience in neurology, Parkinson’s disease or multiple sclerosis
- Profound experience in pharmaceutical industry or clinical CROs
- Solid project management experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluent English language with ability to explain complex science
- Strong team player
- Innovative thinking and creative mindset
- Willingness to travel internationally frequently
Tasks
- Implement Medical Affairs strategy for European Region
- Drive adaptation and alignment across all markets
- Ensure relevant Medical Affairs activities for Parkinson's Disease and Multiple Sclerosis
- Provide expert knowledge on Parkinson's Disease and Multiple Sclerosis
- Stay updated with latest scientific advancements and clinical trials
- Conduct literature reviews and disseminate clinical data
- Develop and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals
- Organize and participate in advisory boards, symposiums, and congresses
- Serve as primary point of contact for KOLs and healthcare professionals
- Drive regional scientific and medical communication with Marketing Team
- Deliver medical training and education programs for healthcare professionals
- Conduct training sessions for local Marketing, Medical, MSL, and Sales teams
- Collaborate with Global Product Teams, Global Medical Affairs, Global Regulatory Affairs, and Global Market Access
- Support design and implementation of local post-market authorization studies
- Ensure proactive, science-oriented collaboration with non-medical functions
- Work in close alignment with SOPs, compliance policies, and procedures
- Contribute to compliance reporting
- Serve as deputy to team members as needed
- Manage local medical information requests and competitive intelligence
