Requirements
- University degree in medicine, pharmacy, or life sciences
- Years of experience in medical affairs, clinical practice, or similar
- Clear and accurate interpretation of scientific/clinical data
- Delivery of presentations and evidence-based discussions
- Proactivity, creativity, teamwork/collaboration
- Knowledge of German market and regulatory requirements
- Confidence and communication skills for active engagement
- Fluent German and business-level English
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Germany
- Advanced degree (PhD or specialist medical qualification)
- Project management skills
- Prior experience as Medical Science Liaison or Medical Advisor
- Experience supporting clinical trials or investigator-initiated research
- Familiarity with omnichannel engagement tools and digital communication
- Experience working in cross-functional teams in regulated environment
- Maintain and engage network of clinical contacts
Tasks
- Develop and execute projects with infectious disease specialists, pharmacists, and nurses
- Organize medical training events for healthcare professionals and nurses
- Host webinars for healthcare professionals and nurses
- Build and maintain scientific relationships with healthcare professionals and clinical experts
- Deliver balanced, non-promotional medical information in one-to-one and small group settings
- Gather and share clinical insights to inform medical strategy and clinical development
- Support identification and assessment of clinical trial sites
- Advise on scientific aspects of studies
- Contribute to medical materials review for factual, balanced, and compliant content
- Represent the medical team at scientific meetings, advisory boards, and internal forums
