Requirements
- •Bachelor's/Master's degree in Medical/Scientific Field, Nursing, Business, or equivalent
- •Over 5 years of experience in Medical and Clinical Affairs or Project Management
- •Strong understanding of medical affairs and cross-functional collaboration
- •Excellent communication, organisational, and facilitation skills
- •Highly organized and business-driven attitude
- •Analytical thinking, solution-oriented and problem-solving skills
- •Ability to engage with stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment
- •Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management tools
- •Fluency in English; German or another European language is an advantage

- •Support planning and execution of Medical and Clinical Affairs initiatives
- •Lead large-scale initiatives in the Medical or Clinical field
- •Act as a liaison between Medical Affairs and Clinical Affairs
- •Provide insights for strategic decision-making based on data analysis
- •Maintain tool landscape for the HPM Medical Office and facilitate trainings
- •Drive annual operating planning procedures and ensure budget alignment
- •Coordinate portfolio and prioritization activities with regular reviews
- •Prepare and facilitate project reviews and steering committee meetings
- •Drive continuous improvement and change management initiatives
- •Develop project management structures and enhance their usage
- •Support project managers in planning, tracking, and reporting
- •Plan and execute capability-building programs and trainings
- •Assist in creating the Scientific Communication Plan with stakeholders
