Requirements
- Certified training in mechanics, mechatronics, or similar automotive program
- At least 5 years proven experience in hands-on mechanical and electrical repairs
- Experience in campervans (plus)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Technical degree (preferred)
- Fluency in English (mandatory)
- Fluency in German (mandatory)
- Eligibility to work in Germany
- Valid driver's licence (mandatory)
- Confidence in driving a campervan (mandatory)
- Availability to work weekends and public holidays
Tasks
- Conduct systematic vehicle inspections
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, heating, and water system issues
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on campervans
- Repair campervans and motorhomes
- Perform light bodywork repairs
- Replace lightbulbs, windows, and side mirrors
- Substitute campervan spare parts
- Repair campervan spare parts
- Troubleshoot campervan appliances
- Repair campervan appliances
- Maintain relationships with external partners
- Develop relationships with external partners
- Coordinate vehicle interventions with suppliers and regional teams
- Update vehicle information systems as per procedures
- Move campervans between vendors, parking, and depots
- Maintain depot equipment organized and clean
- Maintain spare parts organized and clean
- Update spare parts inventory systems
- Prepare vehicles for customers
- Prepare equipment for customers
- Assist with incoming reservations
- Welcome guests
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs
- Receive and collect shipments and supplies
- Organize shipments and supplies in storage
- Register item consumption and new orders
- Organize and maintain depot equipment, extras, and consumables
