Tasks

• Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive on-site communication
• Provide real-time reporting of work performed at the equipment level
• Maintain excellent relationships with site contacts and end-users
• Manage equipment safety and performance standards
• Oversee the site environment during service operations
• Identify and communicate site risks to your supervisor
• Execute unplanned repairs based on equipment needs
• Obtain customer approval for repairs not covered by contracts
• Maintain a safe working environment for end-users and yourself
• Perform maintenance and repairs according to safety instructions
• Execute service visits within scheduled time limits
• Plan your workload effectively with the service supervisor
• Identify and raise potential sales leads
• Submit accurate time sheets based on work execution
• Manage proximity stock and inventory levels
• Request necessary spare parts from your supervisor
• Maintain service tools, instruments, and the company van
• Provide feedback to improve products and safety methods
• Attend training to stay current on lift technology
• Train or coach nominated colleagues when required
