Requirements
- Certified training in mechanics, mechatronics, or similar program in the automotive industry
- At least 5 years of proven experience with hands-on mechanical and electrical repairs
- Experience in campervans (plus)
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical degree preferred)
- Fluency in English (mandatory)
- German language skills (a plus)
- Eligibility to work in Germany
- Valid driver's licence
- Confidence to drive a campervan (mandatory)
- Availability to work on weekends and public holidays
Tasks
- Conduct systematic vehicle inspections.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, heating, and water system problems.
- Perform maintenance and repairs on campervans and motorhomes.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Perform light bodywork repairs.
- Replace lightbulbs, windows, and side mirrors.
- Substitute and repair campervan spare parts.
- Troubleshoot and repair campervan appliances.
- Maintain and develop external partner relationships.
- Coordinate vehicle interventions with suppliers and regional teams.
- Update vehicle information systems per established procedures.
- Move campervans to vendors, parking, or other depots.
- Organize and clean depot equipment and spare parts.
- Update spare parts inventory systems.
- Prepare vehicles and equipment for customers.
- Assist with incoming reservations.
- Welcome guests and manage check-ins and check-outs.
- Receive and collect shipments and supplies.
- Organize shipments and supplies in storage areas.
- Register item consumption and new orders.
- Manage storage of depot equipment, extras, and consumables.
