Description

In this role, you will oversee mechanical installation activities, ensuring projects stay on budget and meet quality standards. Your daily responsibilities will include coordinating teams, creating schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Requirements

• •Completed technical training (e.g. industrial mechanic) with corresponding further qualification or comparable qualification
• •Experience in international large-scale plant construction or power plant technology
• •Professional experience in plant construction and mechanical assembly supervision
• •Willingness to work on long-term construction sites worldwide
• •Ability to work in an interdisciplinary, independent and results-oriented team
• •Ability to provide technical guidance to an international and intercultural construction site team
• •Negotiating skills, confident manner, and talent for planning and organization
• •Ability to work under pressure and flexibility
• •Confident handling of MS Office, including MS Project and Teams
• •Good written and spoken English and German language skills, other languages an advantage

Tasks

• •Supervise and coordinate assembly activities for mechanical installation
• •Ensure adherence to budget, deadlines, and quality standards
• •Check personnel deployment on the construction site
• •Oversee the alignment and installation of mechanical equipment
• •Ensure timely and high-quality project completion
• •Participate in site inspections for mechanical installation
• •Create assembly schedules and work instructions
• •Clarify interfaces between on-site partners
• •Report on construction progress through various reports
• •Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and health regulations
• •Collaborate on continuous improvement of work processes
