Requirements

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field

Tasks

  • Manage procurement, contracts, and budget planning
  • Act as the primary client contact for mechanical concerns
  • Oversee installation of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection
  • Align mechanical designs with project intent and expectations
  • Collaborate across disciplines to support design localization
  • Ensure compliance with building codes and safety protocols
  • Provide technical guidance on regionally relevant specifications
  • Select and procure specialized contractors and vendors
  • Supervise subcontractors to ensure quality and safety
  • Maintain a full-time on-site presence for inspections
  • Lead commissioning and operational performance testing
  • Manage final project closeout and client handover
  • Advise clients and protect their interests throughout
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to mechanical systems
  • Approve subcontractor invoices and monitor work schedules
  • Conduct site safety audits and health compliance checks
