- Prepare for future projects in Germany and Europe
- Develop and structure maintenance team

- Identify potential issues and implement maintenance plans
- Create and monitor checklists
- Collaborate with operations and engineering teams
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical failures
- Restore equipment functionality
- Oversee installation, repair, and maintenance of components
- Manage inventory and stocktaking of spare parts
- Develop and implement safety procedures
- Ensure compliance with industry standards
- Provide technical support during overhauls and maintenance
- Train and mentor maintenance staff
- Document maintenance activities and recommendations
- Plan and coordinate required inspections
