Description

In this role, you will be hands-on with aircraft engines, performing disassembly, assembly, and inspections. You will also provide global field support and ensure all tasks are documented and executed efficiently, contributing to the safety and reliability of flights.

Requirements

• •Completed vocational training as a polymechanic, plant/machine mechanic, or equivalent
• •Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the Aviation MRO industry
• •Ideally authorized to certify engines under EASA Part 145/66
• •Flexibility and ability to travel on short notice for field support assignments
• •Independent, precise, and responsible work style
• •Strong safety, quality, and cost awareness
• •Proficiency in MS Office
• •English B2 proficiency
• •German advantageous

Tasks

• •Disassemble and assemble Pratt & Whitney PW4000 engines
• •Disassemble and assemble CFM International CFM56-5/7B engines
• •Perform replacements on aircraft engines and modules
• •Conduct repairs on aircraft engines and modules
• •Inspect aircraft engines and modules
• •Measure and control assemblies in mounted condition
• •Execute tasks independently and perform self-checks
• •Prepare and provide Field Assistance Support globally
• •Document all activities according to regulations
• •Maintain tooling, equipment, and workplace organization
