Description

In this role, you will enhance battery production by planning and optimizing automated bonding processes, conducting material analyses, and collaborating with a diverse project team to meet efficiency and quality goals.

Requirements

• •Engineering degree with focus on adhesive bonding and mechanical joining or equivalent qualification
• •Several years of professional experience in project-based work, preferably in automotive sector
• •In-depth knowledge of adhesive technologies, materials, and processes
• •Experience in conducting material and adhesive testing
• •Knowledge of quality management and compliance with industry standards and regulations
• •Team player with assertiveness and decision-making ability
• •Good German and English skills, both written and spoken

Tasks

• •Plan and procure automated bonding processes for battery production
• •Support bonding applications while ensuring cost, quality, and schedule compliance
• •Identify and implement improvements in bonding processes to enhance efficiency
• •Develop, validate, and optimize bonding methods for various materials
• •Conduct material analyses and adhesive testing to evaluate performance
• •Collaborate with a core project team to achieve project goals and production KPIs
