Requirements

  • Degree in engineering, business administration, or related discipline
  • Strong knowledge of SAP manufacturing engineering toolsets (SAP, ARP, S4-HANA) transactions and work preparation processes
  • Solid experience in agile project management, SAFe certification a plus
  • Proficiency in configuration management principles and 3D/PLM landscape
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills within diverse teams
  • Negotiation level English mandatory; intermediate/advanced French or German a plus
  • Awareness of compliance risks and commitment to act with integrity

Tasks

  • Deploy and maintain integrated production solutions
  • Lead project activities using SAFe methodologies
  • Manage business acceptance tests
  • Drive continuous feedback loops with end-users
  • Collaborate with transnational partners
  • Harmonize industrial methods across business units
  • Monitor project financials
  • Ensure updated documentation
  • Support continuous development of digital processes
