- Inspect incoming goods for damage
- Apply FIFO principles to inventory
- Handle carrier correspondence regarding paperwork
- Liaise with freight forwarders for deliveries
- Pick spare parts for field service
- Transact Move Orders in Oracle
- Perform inventory adjustments and cycle counting
- Maintain warehouse locations and stock levels
- Manage logistics for loaner devices
- Coordinate test equipment for calibration
- Support logistics for professional education sessions
- Maintain records of pack slips and invoices
- Support QA and Trade Compliance teams
- Create purchase requisitions in iProcurement
- Track purchase orders through to approval
- Match invoices to deliveries and POs
- Resolve financial discrepancies with Finance
- Develop internal and external relationships
- Support Service Managers and Leaders
- Communicate quality-related issues effectively
- Exchange logistical information with international centers
- Present a professional image at all times
- Liaise with internal departments as requested
- Comply with company QA procedures and guidelines
