- Bachelor's in System/Aerospace/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Practical experience with SAP Quality modules
- Experience with aircraft manufacturing and inspection processes
- Experience working within a regulated environment
- Excellent moderation skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent cross-functional leadership skills
- Lean/continuous improvement knowledge
- Familiar with data acquisition for KPI definition
- Familiar with KPI interpretation
Tasks
- Act as focal point for non-conformity notification management
- Plan and lead MRB meetings
- Review non-conformance reports for completeness and accuracy
- Ensure regulatory compliance in MRB processes
- Coordinate dispositions with Engineering, Stress, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain
- Validate root cause explanations
- Ensure technical justification for dispositions
- Maintain traceability of MRB decisions
- Prepare documentation for internal and external audits
- Provide coaching on BMs and MRB standards
- Monitor MRB and BMs KPIs
- Drive continuous improvement of BMs and MRB processes
- Support digitalization of MRB workflows
